If your order is canceled, lost, or undelivered to your specified location, we will refund the full order amount, including any shipping charges (if paid online). Your satisfaction is our top priority.

2. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure that all our customers have a fair chance to receive their orders, we have noticed that some accounts tend to reject shipments regularly. In such cases, we reserve the right to collect a shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all future orders placed by such accounts. This helps us to provide a better experience for all our customers.

3. Delivery to Your PIN Code

Wondering if we deliver to your PIN Code? Use the courier serviceability tool available on the product and checkout pages. Simply tap on “Calculate Shipping” and enter your area PIN code to check shipping availability and costs. Our delivery network is updated regularly, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, check again later.

4. Delivery Process

Once you place an order with Beawar Computers Products, your package will be dispatched through one of our trusted courier partners, including Blue Dart, Delhivery, Lalamove, DHL, We Fast, Spot On, and more. A tracking number will be shared with you once the parcel is dispatched, allowing you to track its location and estimated delivery date via email and SMS updates.

5. Changing the Shipping Address

You can update the shipping address for your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. Simply contact our customer care team, and we’ll assist you with the process. Please note, additional charges may apply depending on the situation.

6. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver most of our packages within 4 days. However, actual delivery time may vary based on your PIN code, chosen courier partner, and other factors. You will see an estimated delivery date when you select your location on the product and checkout pages.
